We present the thermodynamical equilibrium properties with emphasis on the equation of state (EOS) of spin asymmetric quark gluon plasma (QGP) using a MIT bag model within one gluon exchange (OGE) interaction. We have evaluated the QGP partition function, total energy, pressure, entropy, Helmholtz free energy, specific heat and incompressibility dealing with the basic idea of statistical mechanics. The analytical expressions which we have presented are valid for light quarks only. Here we have taken massless limit of quarks which are weakly interacting and massless gluons are almost free. Moreover, we have studied the quark hadron phase transition and reveal the QCD phase diagram in the T − µ plane.
